Antistatic Fabric Description:
Antistatic fabric is weaved by polyester / cotton filament fiber
and high-performance permanent imported conductive fiber. Clean
room uniforms made from this kind of fabric through particular
sewing process have excellent and lasting performance of antistatic
and dust proof.
Uncontrolled discharge from static build-up is a potential hazard
for many industries, especially where combustible fuels, gases and
dusts are present.
It is also equally hazardous to the safe assembly of sensitive
components in clean rooms and the operation and maintenance of
electronic equipment and controls.
One of the most serious risks is from the human body, which is
capable of generating up to 40,000 volts of static electricity.

Anti-static Clothing Fabric Use:
For making anti staitc clothing, workwear, and other garment
accessories, for example ESD bag, ESD cap, ESD Facemask, ESD Shoe
cover and so on to protect sensitive components from harmful static
charges.

Recommended cleaning process for ESD garments:
The carbon filament nylon used in our garments is sensitive to
heat, alkali, acids, softeners and bleach. In order to keep the ESD
properties of the garments, please follow our recommended
instructions:
*Wash in warm water, no more than 40 C(104 F) with liquid laundry
detergent, i. e. liquid Tide, lemon liquid detergent, oxydol, and
etc.
*In case of severe dirt or grease, stronger liquid detergents can
be used if they do not contain any chlorine bleach.
*Do not bleach, do not use alkali, acid or fabric softeners. Do not
dry clean.
*Usually no ironing will be needed, as a special additive is used
during the finishing process of our woven fabrics. Nevertheless,
the garments can be ironed at medium temperature.
