Performance of anti-static rope:

1. Electric rope structure: The outer layer is interwoven with black, white, and green colored fibers, and the inner layer is wrapped with white yarn.
2. Performance: The anti-static rope can be made into an anti-static door curtain, which has the function of discharging static electricity. It has good conductivity and can instantly introduce static electricity into the ground in an uncharged state.
3. Usage: Fix and hang one by one at the entrance of personnel entry and exit. When personnel enter and exit, they come into contact with the anti-static rope, and use the anti-static rope to guide away static electricity from the human body, thereby eliminating static electricity from the human body and achieving good anti-static effect.
4. Surface resistance: 10 ^ 5~10 ^ 5.

Method of making anti-static rope door curtains:

1.The width and height of the inner door should be measured to calculate the total length of the rope required. The calculation basis is: the spacing between each rope of the anti-static door curtain is 2m-10m (usually 5m), and the length should be around 1 meter above the ground after hanging.
2. Cut the rope section by section according to the required length, and then fix both ends of the cut rope with suitable copper terminals (one end can also be fixed with copper terminals, and the other end can be fixed with a dedicated copper pendant or directly knotted).
3. Cut aluminum alloy profiles or copper plates with grooves according to the width of the door, press the copper terminal at one end of the prepared anti-static rope into the aluminum alloy groove "Copper plate needs to be drilled and fixed", and fix the copper plate according to the selected spacing.
4. Fix the aluminum alloy pipe or copper plate with ropes installed above the door frame, and ground one end of the aluminum alloy pipe or copper plate.
